The Product Line Manager will have global responsibility for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for Progressive Game products. This role will be at the core of defining a vision and executing a broad based product strategy encompassing a three to five year detailed product roadmap. He/She will interact with senior management in all disciplines within the organization to lead and champion product planning and manage new and existing product rollouts. The role will be responsible for the complete lifecycle (including end of life) of the progressive product line, ensuring product deadlines are consistently and reliably met. This position also entails market research, launch planning, and achieving growth and revenue targets.

 

The individual will work closely with the customer, regulatory, and the sales and marketing organizations to ensure that market requirements and customer needs are built-in to future product releases. The Progressive Product Manager will work to grow market share of progressive, community, and mystery jackpot games in casino’s operations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gathering and prioritizing market, customer, and product requirements and defining the product vision

• Develop business case for pursuing new product development and product initiatives

• Segmenting the market to identify underserved areas, unmet needs and attractive opportunities

• Researching and documenting competitor product specifications, innovations and strategic advantages

• Refining the long-term product strategy and roadmap to ensure that specific revenue, growth, profit, and customer satisfaction goals are being met. This will

require creativity and innovation, driving strategic product decisions and understanding customer needs and competitive threats

• Working closely with development to ensure timely delivery of successful products to the market

• Develop positioning for new products that clearly articulates the products’ value and differentiation in the marketplace

• Work with marketing and sales and other departments to develop go to market strategy

• Tracking performance of the product in the field against plan and ensuring business objectives are met

• 35% - 50% travel
